Consumer Goods Technology Recognizes Centric Software for PLM Technology
Company Named to 2009 CGT Editors’ Picks List CAMPBELL, Calif.—January 27, 2009 Consumer Goods Technology (CGT) has recognized Centric Software for its unique contributions to the consumer goods industry as a 2009 “CGT Editors’ Picks” choice. As part of CGT's Readers' Choice 2009 Survey, the “Editors' Pick:” list recognizes companies that are making a significant impact in the industry, but fall outside the survey’s nine categories because of size or focus. CGT editors voted to include Centric in the list for its product lifecycle management (PLM) technology, created for the apparel, footwear, accessory and other fast-moving consumer goods and private-label industries. Centric will be highlighted in this month’s Annual Consumer Goods Technology Reader's Choice issue. The benchmark issue draws on feedback from more than 175 consumer goods executives to rank service and solution providers in categories including: SC Execution, SC Planning, CRM, TPM, ERP, New Product Development and Introduction, Business Intelligence, Demand Data Analytics, Consulting and Outsourcing. "It is an honor to receive this recognition for our innovation and leadership in PLM,” says Chris Groves, president of Centric. “The Editors’ Picks inclusion acknowledges our commitment to help consumer goods companies speed new products to market, drive margin improvement, and improve global collaboration and compliance.” About Consumer Goods Technology About Centric Software, Inc.
