Follow up on Centric’s first seminar in Borås!

On fettisdagsbulle day, Sweden’s Shrove Tuesday, we hosted  our first PLM seminar in Borås, Sweden, dedicated to Quality and CSR, along with our guest speakers Lotta Höijer, SME consultant in Quality and CSR, Daniel Lambert-Krüss, Regional Sales at InRiver and  Alex Aubry, Product Development Manager at Norrøna.

“Every product tells a story,” explained Daniel Lambert-Krüss, Regional Sales at InRiver.

“Working in quality is like working in marketing. Everybody has to understand your message. The question is how to handle quality?” added Lotta Höijer, former Textile Specialist for Central China at IKEA and Quality Manager for ETON Shirts, now SME consultant in Quality and CSR. “It all comes back to one maxim: Trust is good, control is better!”

Communicating product and production requirements, monitoring product development, knowing your suppliers and creating your own documentation are just a few of the key prerequisites to ensure product quality.
