Alistair Kershaw is a Senior Solution Specialist focused mainly on Centric PLM for Apparel, Footwear, Accessories and Multi Category Retailer accounts. He has been part of the UK Nordics team for 8 years and also works extensively with customers and prospects in Africa and Middle East.

Alistair’s background is largely around the sourcing, quality and manufacturing aspects of the typical customer process. He has been engaged with customers from small SMB to many of our largest accounts and has provided solutions to meet the diverse needs of this broad mix of businesses. Today Alistair will provide insights into best practice approach to managing complex supplier relationships facing customers.

Phil Glarvey has worked in the enterprise systems sector for over 30 years, including 15 years in Product Lifecycle Management. Phil is a member of Centric UK’s Customer Success Team and works with customers to help and advise them on how to get the best value out of Centric PLM.
