Chris Groves joined Centric Software in 1997 as President and CEO and member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for global strategic direction and business strategy. Chris is a highly accomplished international business executive with over 20 years of successful experience in building and managing global technology companies.
Before coming to Centric, Chris was VP and GM of Computervision’s Workgroup Products business unit in Boston, where he drove rapid growth of the company’s industry leading product data management software. The business unit served global customers in the aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing industries. Chris also held executive positions within Computervision’s marketing, operations and indirect sales organizations.
Previously, Chris held various executive roles at cellular pioneer Novatel Communications, including SVP of Product Development and VP of Manufacturing. Chris began his career as a research and development manager at Mitel Semiconductor. He received a BASc in Engineering Physics from the University of Toronto, and is a graduate of the Executive PMD Program at Harvard Business School.
Fabrice Canonge joined Centric Software in 2004. He leads field operations globally.
With more than 15 years of experience in business development for software companies, Fabrice has particular expertise in the apparel, high-fashion and luxury goods industries. He has played a major role in the growth of Centric, and particularly in the acquisition of key European customers.
Before joining Centric, Fabrice held the position of vice president, sales and marketing, for DynaSys S.A. (division of QAD). He also has worked as a process sales manager for Finmatica and senior sales executive for PTC (NASDAQ: PMTC). Canonge holds a degree (Magister Studies at the bac+5 level) in sales and marketing from Ecole de Management de Marseille (Euromed Management – School of Management and Business) in France. He resides in Aix-en-Provence, France.
Stacey joined Centric in 2015. She has more than 20 years’ experience in fashion and technology for companies like Lectra, Gerber Technology, Karat Software, Cross Creek Apparel, and Perigee Software in marketing, communications, product development and sales roles.
Stacey holds Bachelor of Science degrees in business administration and apparel design from the University of Delaware, and a Master of Science degree in textile and apparel management from North Carolina State University. She is an advisory board member with the University of Delaware’s Department of Fashion and Apparel Studies.
Laurent Dubuisson joined Centric in August 2000.
He is currently responsible for all pre- and post-sales and customer support throughout Europe.
Since joining Centric, Laurent has been instrumental in helping the company grow in Europe to become the global leader of PLM solutions for retail, fashion, footwear and luxury goods makers that it is today.
Before joining Centric, Laurent held pre- and post-sales roles at SDRC UK Ltd (now known as Siemens Software).
Laurent attended French Institute for Advanced Mechanics in Clermont Ferrand. He holds a Master Degree in Product Structure Analysis. Laurent is based out of Centric’s Paris office.

Since joining Centric, Joe Groves has significantly contributed to the rapid growth of the company. As Centric Software’s most senior sales leader, Joe is now responsible for sales performance and account growth across the world. In addition to providing clear leadership and direction to our global sales teams, Joe also enjoys volunteering for the Make-A-Wish-Foundation.
CFO
Marie-France Nelson joined Centric Software in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of software experience, she has led finance, administration and businesses globally across numerous markets including food and beverage, financial services, communications and manufacturing. In her role, Marie-France’s passion for the customer experience permeates her every focus.
Ravi Rangan joined Centric as Chief Technology Officer through the acquisition of Product Sight Corporation in 2006. Ravi is responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy. Ravi is a highly acclaimed expert in PLM technology including enterprise-scale product structure and configuration management, search-based applications and process-driven system design automation in automotive, aerospace, high technology and medical device industries.
Ravi was the CTO of Product Sight Corporation, a company he co-founded to address process-aware product lifecycle applications for the PLM market. He previously served as a Worldwide Corporate Director for SDRC’s ExperTeam program (now UGS), and worked as the Founding Technical Director of SDRC’s Enterprise Solution Center and on-site Metaphase solution architect with The Boeing Company’s “Define and Control Aircraft Configuration/ Manufacturing Resource Management (DCAC/MRM) Program”, providing leadership to the architecture, design, and implementation phases of the program.
Ravi has published extensively, led symposia, panels and tutorials in the areas of business process modeling, systems architecture, design automation, and knowledge management. He serves on the Executive Steering Committee of the American Society Of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) CIE Division, and is a founding member of the ASME’s JCISE editorial board, and a reviewer for several journals. Ravi completed his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in engineering information management, from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1990 and was inducted into its Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni in 2008.
Humberto Roa joined Centric in 1999, holding positions including Business Consultant, Product Manager and Director of Mobile Products and Innovation before taking on the role of VP of Innovation in 2015. Humberto leads Centric Software’s innovation, mobile and cloud initiatives.
Ron Watson joined Centric Software in August 1998. Ron leads product strategy and execution for Centric Software’s Centric 8 suite of PLM solutions for fashion and fast-moving consumer goods. He brings twenty years of experience focused on developing and delivering ‘voice-of-the-customer’ solutions. Before joining Centric Software Ron was principal partner in a private company, specialized in the application of workflow solutions to drive business process efficiency. From 1994 to 1996 Ron ran the Rapid Application Development (RAD) team for Computervision’s product data management (PDM) group.
In addition Ron has held various senior level positions at Texas Instruments semiconductor and GIS divisions and at Prime Computer, Inc. where he gained global experience leading their International New Product Introduction Services group. Ron earned a BSc (Honors) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southampton, UK.
